i miss you when you're not around

I've been meeting with a few friends on Google hangouts every morning to do stretching exercises. I feel like this simple practice of moving my body has helped me feel regulated and cared for this week. I'm thinking about those old photos of Rosa Parks doing yoga -- how surprised and delighted I was to see her in these photos, smiling and triumphant on her mat. What are some bodily or sensory practices that are helping you stay here, these days?

My friend recently moved in with their family in Brazil. We have been been doing yoga videos on youtube together over facetime a few times a week.
My living space has been very quiet and alone, their apartment is always full of people doing different things.
